Eligible new accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial without a payment card. Eligible new accounts created through an approved partner's referral link or code receive a 30-day Pro trial instead of 14 days. A referral does not change the subscription price. Use the trial to decide whether Option Anatomy meets your needs. If you do not purchase a subscription, no subscription payment is collected and the account moves to Free. A free trial is not a waiver of rights provided by law.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled. Annual plans are charged as a full annual amount. Review the amount, currency, taxes, billing interval, and first payment date at checkout. If you subscribe while at least 48 hours remain in your account's free trial, you are billed at that trial's existing end date; otherwise payment is taken immediately. Purchasing does not restart the trial.
Except where required by applicable law or to correct a duplicate or erroneous charge, subscription payments and renewals are non-refundable. We do not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, non-use, forgetting to cancel, or dissatisfaction, and do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds or credits for unused days or months. The free trial lets you evaluate the Service before purchasing.
In the app, open Settings > Billing management > Manage subscription and cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period, or the remaining subscription trial. Cancelling does not itself reverse a charge already collected. If you cannot access cancellation, contact [email protected]. Stopping use, disconnecting a broker, or deleting an app is not cancellation.
Deleting your account ends app access immediately and attempts to cancel any active Stripe subscription. If the deletion confirmation does not confirm subscription cancellation, contact [email protected] so we can check it. You can cancel in Billing management before deleting to verify that future renewals have stopped. Account deletion does not itself create a refund entitlement or remove any refund right provided by law.
We correct confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges and provide any refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by applicable law, including applicable rights when a paid service is not supplied as required. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If a mandatory consumer protection conflicts with this Policy, that protection prevails.
Email [email protected] with your account email, charge date, amount, and a receipt or invoice identifier if available. Do not send your full card number or security code. We will investigate and explain the outcome. An approved refund is normally returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. Any legally required timing takes precedence.
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to purchases made under these terms and to later renewals after any notice and consent required by law. It does not retrospectively remove rights attached to earlier purchases. We publish the updated date and notify users of material changes as described in the Terms.
